Pro Labor Logistics
Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-15
This page is maintained by Pro Labor Logistics. It reflects our current practices and is not a substitute for legal advice or an independent certification.
Pro Labor is built on trust between drivers and laborers moving real households. This policy describes conduct that will get your account suspended or permanently removed.
You will not
- Impersonate another person, driver, or company.
- Post loads you do not actually intend to service, or apply to loads you cannot perform.
- Post the same load under multiple accounts or subscribe to multiple laborer accounts to game the 24-hour Premium window.
- Solicit off-platform work to avoid Pro Labor's flagging, review, or dispute systems.
- Use Pro Labor to transport anything other than lawful household goods.
- Post reviews containing hate speech, slurs, threats, racism, sexual harassment, or targeted attacks. Reviews are auto-screened and violating content is removed.
- Retaliate against a counterparty for leaving an honest review.
- Attempt to bypass background-check requirements on loads that require them.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform.
- Share your account credentials or transfer your account to another person.
Enforcement
Violations result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal at Pro Labor's discretion. The automatic 3-review flagging rule (2 stars or lower) always applies and is described in our Terms of Service.
Reporting a violation
Email trust@pro-labor.com with the load ID, the counterparty involved, and a description of what happened. We investigate every report.
