Two sides. One flow. Here's exactly what happens when a driver posts a load and a laborer picks it up.

    Verify email and phone. Add your DOT/MC info.

    Post your load
    Enter the city, state, ZIP code, date, and number of laborers needed. Always free for drivers. Add a 2-hour arrival window, weight, cubes, packing, tools, and any specialty items.

    Review applicants
    See laborer name, badge status, ratings, and reviews. Accept one — others auto-decline.
  4. 4
    Confirm 12–24 hrs before
    Tap 'load is a go'. Accepted laborer gets a confirmation text with pickup details.

    Complete + review
    Mark completed. Pay off-platform or through Pro Labor. Leave a 150-char review.

    Launch Light: first 3 months free (90 days), then $99.99/year. Monthly Light: $9.99 with 7 days free. Premium: $19.99/month with 7 days free and 24-hour early access. Plans renew automatically until canceled.

    Turn on alerts
    Text and email notifications when loads post in your ZIPs.

    Apply fast
    Drivers have 8 hours to accept you after you apply. Applications to drivers you have marked as preferred stay open until they decide. Load availability can still change.

    Get contact + calendar
    Once accepted, unlock the driver's phone, full address, and add the job to your calendar with 24-hr / 2-hr reminders.

    Show up, get paid
    Complete the load. Receive pay directly. Leave a 150-char review.

The 24-hour Premium window

When a driver posts a load, only Premium laborers can see and apply for the first 24 hours. After that, the load opens to Light-tier subscribers too. This gives Premium subscribers real first-access value.

Automatic flagging

Any account that receives 3 or more reviews at 2 stars or lower is automatically flagged for permanent removal. This rule applies to drivers and laborers equally.
