Background-check filter
Require a passed background check on any load. Only verified laborers can apply. Clearance does not guarantee military-base access; confirm each installation’s entry requirements separately.
Confirm the day before
12–24 hours before pickup, tap 'load is a go' and every accepted laborer gets a confirmation text. No day-of no-shows.
Your address stays private
Laborers see ZIP, city, and your first name / last initial until you accept them. Full address and phone unlock only after you pick your crew.
Bad actors get removed
Three 2-star reviews = automatic flag for permanent removal. The standard protects you as much as the laborer.
Off-platform or Stripe Connect
Cash, check, Comdata, whatever works. Or route it through Pro Labor with tips passed through in full to your laborer.
What you post
- Pickup city, state, and ZIP code — full address stays private until you accept a laborer.
- Date and 2-hour arrival window — tell crew exactly when to be there.
- Number of laborers needed — specify your crew size.
- Weight and cubes — set the right expectation for shipment size.
- Packing, unpacking, specialty items — piano, gun safe, hot tub, whatever.
- Tools required — dollies, straps, blankets, ratchet straps.
- Background-check requirement — flip on for base-access or high-value loads.
Drivers post free. Always.
